On Wednesday, January 15th over 45 students participated in the first Math Night for the new Bourne Intermediate School. Games were available for students grades 3, 4 and 5. An estimation jar for each grade was also offered. The students had to guess how many pattern blocks, crayons or paperclips were in the jars. 18 students left with something from the prize table. The PTA provided free pizza and many of our teachers and staff came to play along with the students. Several students said as they left that evening, "Math ROCKS!"
