Bourne Public Schools will provide opportunities and equitable access for all students and members of the Bourne School Community to feel safe, included and empowered. The BPS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is working to learn and find ways to support marginalized populations within the Bourne Public School community. Bourne Public Schools will create a culture of empathy, acceptance and reflection so that students and staff feel valued and able to contribute to the community.
