Mission Statement
The mission of Bourne Athletics is to build self-confidence, self-esteem, pride and respect for self and others through participation in an athletic community which values each student as an individual. Our programs promote sportsmanship, hard work, fair play, fun, the development of team concepts, winning as well as losing with dignity, and other valuable lifelong lessons.
Meet the Coach Nights will be held in August for fall sports; November for winter sports; and March for spring sports. The meeting will begin promptly at 6PM in the high school auditorium. All athletes are required to attend these meetings with a parent or guardian.
TRYOUT INFORMATION:
Fall tryouts begin for all sports and football as described in the MIAA Handbook
Winter tryouts begin the Monday after Thanksgiving.
Spring tryouts begin the third Monday in March.

The Student-Athlete Handbook has information for both athletes and parents. We hope you will use this as a resource and a guide to a positive experience with the Bourne High School athletic program.
An athletic fee is assessed to an individual participating in a sport. The fee approved by the School Committee for this school year is $150 per student per sport, $190 for football; $350 for ice hockey. Payment of the Activity Fee may be made by check or money order or online at:
